Really unprofessional, very rude, high prices. They really take advantage of people here 1000 to get my car out which wasn't even there for 2 days. It's extremely ridiculous. They need to close this place down they just ripping people off. they also discriminate people here and start screaming at you for not reason. A guy gave me a price and then when I went to get the money he changed the price to a higher amount.

These jerks are a ripoff, targeted my car cuz it was easier to get to, when there were a lot of other cars that were parked right by the no parking signs and mine was across the street from those signs, since the other cars are front wheel drive they couldn't get to them without damaging the transmissions, being that they were parked front end first, so they towed my car cuz there was space in front were they could get to it easier then the others, that should've been towed, and not mine, but what goes around comes around, for sure, also they played dumb as it comes natural to them and gave me the run around with not giving a receipt to date....

Towed two of my personal cars in 2 separate occasions including on a weekend was responded to quickly price was firm didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes for tow to arrive no damages to either car definitely recommend!

Ugo needs to be fired the most disgusting men u he needs to know not to be inappropriate with paying customer i will be filing a police report on this establishment very unprofessional 900 to take my car home saying that because the police called they have to pay them that illegal what yall are doing the owner is just as clueless about his business his Monterrey which Make sense on why this place is a scam
