“I'm a new customer (02/07/2022) with Affordable Attic Self Storage at the Donna TX location & let me tell you I'm impressed! The place deserves a score greater than 5 stars & here's why: First of all & most important Facility Director Connie Morales provides outstanding cheerful customer service; she's very helpful, knowledgeable, personable & takes pride in her work; she really makes every effort to be accommodating & to make you feel welcomed. Secondly & just as important, my initial impression of the facility itself was that it couldn't be older than a few years, I mean the place is so well designed, built & modern with state of the art 24/7/365 controlled access, very clean & well taken care of as well as well lit at night & the storage room I rented was very clean. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that it was built in the 1995! WOW! The personnel & company really know what they're doing! So If you need extra storage space & you're lucky enough to find a room here, I suggest take it before somebody else does!”
