I ordered a balloon bouquet. The balloons were beautifully colour coordinated and I was very happy with that part. Unfortunately, there was no weight attached to the balloons to keep them grounded. It’s usually wrapped in a coloured foil and a decoration and looks lovely. It’s an important part so they don’t float away.

If you are in the RGV and need to say I love you or I'm sorry, Santana's is the place! To start they source their flowers, meaning the only way the flowers would be more fresh, is if you picked them yourself. All of the arrangements are done in house. They deliver and take cash app as well as conventional payment. The staff are extremely nice and very accommodating. After this shop I will never buy flowers anywhere else again.

Spoke with Sandra at Santana’s flower shop over the phone this past week to request a colorful arrangement for my mother’s birthday. She was so helpful and made sure to check their inventory of flowers to let me know if they had the specific flower I requested. She gave me suggestions for the arrangement and provided me with exceptional and friendly service. I will definitely be ordering all our arrangements from there as they were prompt, friendly, and went out of their way to make a beautiful arrangement and get it delivered for my mom.
