I usually go to weslaco, but today I choose this one. I went through the drive thru, and Chris took my order. He was so kind and friendly. I’m definitely coming back and sticking to this one! He was so awesome! If I could rate it 1,000 stars I would.

If O could give 0 stars I would !!! Worse service ever at a Panda express as much as we asked for fresh food they will still serve you the old food saggy food my daughter even threw up ? in there of how old and saithw orange chicken was honey walnut as well they tryd serving me the old chow mei but I asked specifically if they tell you ones try to satisfy customers worse experience ever they need better management!

I recently came to Panda to purchase a gift card. When I went to pay the worker named Ana rudely yelled at me to get in the back of the line. Even other guest noticed her negative attitude and told me that it was unnecessary for her to yell at me. Once I got to the register the cashier needed help charging me and the lady named Ana did not even want to help the cashier charge me. I felt embarrassed and disrespected.

The manager doesnt know her menu. Provides the wrong order thru drive thru. When employee was asked for her managers name, she was facing away, the worker said they cant tell us....what a secret, they are wearing name tags. No sense in trying to make a rock understand that the full menu is not on the drive-thru display. So i had to take what they gave me. Jan 4, 2023 at 5:50pm.

Been looking forward to getting Panda for like 2 weeks, and on Friday I tried not to eat anything so I can fully enjoy my meal I'll get from Panda. So at 2:30 I placed my order. Well...we got food poisoning. Been suffering for like a day and a half since Friday and my mom and brother still have it while I have recovered enough to return to work tomorrow.I don't think I'll return here again. The food poisoning was an awful experience to have and I feel guilty that my mom and brother are still suffering from it.The customer service was nice at least.
