Awlful service! A supposedly "manager" named Erica Gaspel is an illiterate teenager who has no manners and screams to the customers through the phone. When asked to speak with her supervisor she automatically became furious and lied of not having the number. She was not even able to help the customer with a debit transaction and had no idea on how to charge with debit. Who in their right mind gives such a responsibility to a person that has no idea how to deal with money and transactions! This store stoled $22 from my account and is expecting me to pay my full amount for my monthly payment after taking away $22 at first. This is unbelievable! Never going to this Donna Metro and especially with those workers! Thier attitudes are hideous! If you want your money to not be stolen I recommend to not go to that store. Whoever is the supervisor and finds themselves reading this review, I recommend to upgrade your customer service and that you just lost 2 customers in regards of this incident. (That happened October 8th, 2018 in the evening)! The nerve with these people.
