Bought a new phone cash but employees had no idea how to properly transfer all the information from my old phone to the new one. I ended up doing it myself, which I thought was ironic because I ended up knowing how to do their job better than them.

Sabrina was the worse had to call and make a report she was so rude worse experience ever never again will I go there she took stuff out my hand saying she will call the cops on me can't believe they have employees like that customer service help me make a report so I hope they do something about it if not will never get metro again

If you are looking for a new phone, or trying to switch from your old company to a new one I really recommend you Metro by T-Mobile its not the first time I have had them they really help their customers on anything they need! Love this store!!!!

I went at a very critical time. Where i needed a new phone and i had 1 to work at noon and was extremely disappointed when the store never opened i had waited there for a hour to open its doors at 10 and was deeply unsatisfied when they didnt open by 11:30
