I have been to this place before. Customers Services is great. I always receive my parts on time. This time it was a tidy bit late. It arrived the following day. The people at the desk will as always call the customer to let them know their part has arrived. Since the weather has been very hot. I went into their lobby inside was warm and there were only three seats for customers to sit. They had a television which was great. We were able to change channel. AWESOME I noticed there were several auto parts out of our walk way but laying on the lobby. I do suggest for their great customer service.

Great service and quick install. It was a while ago but I had the back windshield of my Silverado broken. I call Max they had the part available and installed it for a very reasonable price.

I am repairing a vehicle for a customer who purchased an AC condenser from max auto parts. I took the incorrect part back with the box and both counter sales guys were rude and it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to help me. All I wanted was the correct part. They were un willing to help or to lazy . I will never buy parts for my body shop from this place and I will tell ALL my customers NOT to go their
