I had called around to several jewelry repair shops including Zales in the outlet mall to install new batteries in two of my watches and none were helpful. Zales told me it would take 4 weeks to have the batteries replaced due to them having to send them out. Fabian is personable, true to his word and well-spoken. “This place is the best! They are fast, friendly, honest, and affordable. I took my engagement ring in with a broken prong and they were more than willing to fix it for me. They were also honest before accepting my jewelry that due to the way it was made (by a different jeweler than them) the problem might occur again if I’m not extra careful with the ring. I appreciated their honesty. I chose to get it fixed anyway and they were really fast and affordable too. I took it in on a Thursday and it was ready that next Monday. I highly recommend. ?”
