El Grano De Oro is a hidden gem in North Val Verde, Donna, offering authentic and delicious Mexican food. The food is very good, amazing, and tasty, with fantastic combo specials at a reasonable and great price. Menu highlights include Carne Guisada tacos, special barbacoa, menudo, chicharrones, tripitas, and ceviche. Their tenderized meat and prepared food are awesome. The drive-thru snacks are A+ and really good. It is great for a small meal or a cookout. The staff is always so nice, friendly, and respectful, providing fantastic service. It is a must-visit place that makes customers proud and 100 percent satisfied.

I like to buy whole chicken here fresh because it is not so stored and the price is $5 to $6

I like going there for a small meal during the lunch hour. perhaps 2 tacos of Carne Guisada and their free coke. The food is good and you can either eat it there or take it to go.
