There were some issues with a return and she clearly and concisely explained everything and even offered alternatives. My wife and I left very happy. When otherwise it would've been pretty upsetting. If she's not already then she should definitely be in management. If the Ross here in Donna wants to succeed they need more people like her.J. J.”
