This has never happened before. They didn't take away my trash because some things were sticking out a little... while at my neighbor's they took away two mattresses that were sticking out 4 feet out... Someone obviously makes a difference between customers... and also no one answers the phone

Horrible customer service...and NO response when trash pick up is missed...no credit, no return to get the trash, no NOTHING!!! Who owns this sorry company...and why is he allowing his employees to be so rude to customers....and not issue credits when services not rendered???

Guys if you have other options on trash services, go there instead of county trash.
The bill that was owed was $17.50. What did Lisa, in the office, withdraw from the bank account? $1,750.00. I understand that typos and mistakes happen, however, the full amount is still unaccounted for and there is no talking to her. I asked for an office manager and she refused to get them on the phone. This is just one hassle I have encountered. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. They never answer their phones and if for some odd reason they do the female that answers has NO customer service skills. They will make you pay but only pick up your trash when they feel like it. If you call to let them know they skipped you (if they answer their phone) they will not come back and get it and they will still expect full payment. Very greedy and rude company. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Trash service for dumpster has been good for 25 years. Customer Service does not exist. I need my dumpster picked up as am moving. Called 26 times in last 24 hours and no answer 90% and other 10% says it is busy. Tried to email them to the address on their web page and can’t send keeps saying to correct the email address.

I called to set up service and the woman on the phone was super helpful, kind, and quick! I was expecting it to take a couple days for my dumpster to be delivered and it was there when I got home from work that same night in the perfect spot. They were recommended to me and I’m so glad I listened. 10/10!!Service: Trash removal & disposal

My County Trash Service person came today to empty my trash and left the dumpster in the middle of my driveway. Why? I paid $6,000 to get rock at the end of my driveway to keep them from tearing up my driveway, and I can't get them to replace the dumpster when they empty it. What the heck!!! I called the office and I was told by the lady to push it back myself, that was my customer service when I called the office in Bonham. This is what I get for using County Trash Service in Bonham. Have had them for years with no issues and then the driver a few weeks ago tore my fence up by backing up. The owner himself was out the very next week repairing it. I wish all companies took responsibility of their mistakes like they did. Great place to do business, they will have me as a long time customer!Service: Dumpster rental

After going through several trash services and being disappointed with all, we started service with this company. I am so glad we signed up. They have been, hands down, the best in service. They have reasonable rates and the staff are friendly and helpful. They recently added online bill pay, so now it's even more convenient. We finally found a 5 star trash service and won't be switching again.

I have tried calling them several times over the span of a few months to cancel their service but never once have I gotten ahold of anyone, never able to leave a message, and have never received a call back I can’t rely on a service that has such terrible customer service. The trash is picked up every week without a problem at least.
