Took a calf to be butchered the 3rd of may 2021 it was to hang seven days this is the 24 th of may and it still hasn’t been butchered ,I don’t know if the meat is ruined.what is the problem they say they are short handed but they keep bringing livestock in my meat is probably ruined,I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone,not even my worse enemy... I've used this meat market for the past 10 years for processing beef. They always do a good job but the woman that runs the place is about the meanest, rudest, unhappy person I believe I have ever met. In 2017 I delivered three steers at different times that I sold to relatives to have processed. The woman was extremely rude to them also. She acts as if she is really being put out to do us a tremendous favor instead of serving a customer whose business they may want to keep. Oh well there are processors in Westphalia and Giddings and......maybe they will want some business?
