Terrible customer service. I went for lunch break at 12:30. The owner was sitting down. I couldn't tell if he was a customer or not cause he was staring at me while I was looking for food. Theresa's ONE BBQ sandwich ready. He said it'd take 25 minutes to make a burger. Which is slow. So I asked for a BLT. Still took 10 minutes. 3 DRY pieces of bacon, with the veggies on regular white bread and lightly toasted. And it cost 8 dollars for that sandwich wich is ridiculous. I regret coming here and won't again.

We absolutely loved our visit here. I wish I would have gotten the owners names. They were SO NICE!!! The brisket and the ribs were out of this world!!! Phew!! I’m glad I have enough for another meal because it was so good!!! The woman was so nice to my son! She was awe stuck by his kindness and politeness. Shared how good smoked bologna is and she should try it. ?. Once again, overall, 10/10 !!! We’ll be back!!

I went in to get a U-Haul but was pleasantly surprised by the owners' friendly nature and delicious barbecue. I highly recommend taking a country drive to find this gem!

They service u-haul products, but took forever completing. Over an hour after doing online application, then had to wait for tech to show up ( in sandals?).

I work at a place in caldwell an ilder couple were going n their way through town and stopped. Well the car would not start again. They called to get a uhaul and tow it back home out of state. They were offered mechanical services from a man at this business who took over $200 of their money, took the car apart and caused even more mechanical damage . After spending all day messing with the car in our parkinglot. The next day i assisted in finding a real me hanic and had the vehicle moved to where it needed to go. The couple have returned home after apending almost $1000 in this situation. When all it was involving was the water pump going out.

I couldn't really tell just how happy I was coming here. The people that work here definitely made me feel at home and treated as their own kid. We came here for a uhaul ready to make a new start in this world.They helped out with with a nice sandwich to make sure we started off on the right foot.They're sweet, fun and a classic joy. Be sure to check out this loving and beautiful store. It's filled with memories and stories ready and waiting to be discovered by those who come by.
