My stay was great, but it was the customer service by Ruby, the front desk attendant, when she went above and beyond to get me my medicine I left in the refrigerator. She had it at the Post Office shortly after I checked out and at my home 4 days later!

There are multiple motels/hotels in Dilley, TX. This Best Western wasn't bad. Ruby was nice and quick to help with all my needs. Breanna at check out was helpful as well.
