Over charged for makeup that was 60% off. Pharmacy needs to get it together as well. Saying scripts were picked up when they weren't, etc. Nothing but issues for months.

Don't expect anyone in the pharmacy to work till they close. They will close early and not serve you. And when you have a complaint the Manager will fabricate stories to protect her sorry employees.

This walgreens has piss poor customer service as in they will answer the phone when you call but put you on hold for an hour. And they will not keep my prescription in stock. We have to call every two days to ask can you order my medicine. I just don't get it, it's a extremely easy job. Just called in a prescription an get there they fill 4 of them. Who does that. Who hires the people. They don't take pride in there work its sad

I have no idea what it is about this Walgreens, but the customer service is not it. I am CONSTANTLY having problems with my things not ringing up properly and my coupons not working.I did a return today after buying the wrong toothbrush that had a coupon applied. The cashier, (Christina), reassured me the coupon would go back when I did the return, and I could use it on the right one, but when it wouldn’t work- the manager just said sorry, we can’t do anything about it. ? “oh no, I really thought it would go back to it, your coupon is gone and there’s nothing I can do about it” -first off, that’s a lie, but okay. She was nice, but that was a waste of my time and now I don’t have the product for the price I was supposed to get it at.The other day I tried to get medicine (also using a coupon they had in the app) and the older gentleman that works the cashier argued with me that the coupon was not valid when… in the app said that it qualified for that item. I did a curbside order instead of dealing with him again, and guess what? The coupon worked. ?Just go to the other location down the street by H‑E‑B if you are using coupons. This location has not been pleasant at all. I only come here if the other one is out of stock of what I need. I’ve never had problems at the other location using my coupons or have to deal with rude staff.

Management probably couldn't manage a game of hide and seek and you would think that could considering they are always hiding and I have to seek them for any help

This is the closest Walgreens to my house so why I always go there. But the service in the pharmacy is terrible - I typically don't rate them - but it's just getting worse & worse. I don't know if they are understaffed but there always seems to be at least 3-4 people working. They never acknowledge you when you walk up & I've always had to wait even if there is no one else in line. I called today was on hold for 10 minutes periodically someone would answer & would say we'll be with you in a few minutes and put me back on hold then I was just cut off. I need to find another pharmacy because this one is terrible.

I love this location. JJ is an amazing employee, he goes above and beyond for his customers. I needed .35 to complete my coupon and this man ran all the way across Walgreens to go get me an individual chocolate to make my coupon work. Give this man a raise. He also took the time to explain the differences between the coupons and rewards. Great location, I will always come here.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location is something else. One day they door dashed someone else's meds to my home and charged me. Today they send me a msg that my meds are ready, I go to p/u and no one is on duty

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve had the privilege to go to. You can’t get a straight answer for your needs and when you do and show up they have the deer in the headlights look and your script isn’t right. Terrible

Don’t waste your time going here for passport photos. The photo guy literally laughed at me as if I was had some sort of bizarre request and then told me he couldn’t help me for another 30 minutes. So I guess that’s how they turn away paying customers. Went down the road to cvs they had me in and out in 10 minutes and very friendly!
