MISTAKES! This Pharmacy has been making frequent mistakes lately, not to mention the long lines. 1-We picked up something with our name on the bag--yet once we were home, someone else's' medication inside. 2- received a different number of pills vs what was ordered (30 days vs. 90 days).. 3-My doctor's office called and rather than putting on hold, the tech laid the phone down for 15 minutes--she could hear everything and they never picked up again. She called back again to get them on the phone and she was 'on hold' again before helping. 4-texts reminders- say something is ready, but then go to pick up and it is NOT ready. Further, yet another situation in the family, doctor called and confirmed they'd received an rx--yet when there to pick up, they said they hadn't gotten it. I don't know if their systems, new personnel, short-handed, or what. But they need better management. We are transferring everything after all these bad experiences have snowballed.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Had to return three times and was told they did not receive my prescription by the doctor, whenever I went back to pick it up after they confirmed they had it they told me they did not have the medicine in stock and I had to go to a different location 30 minutes before they closed. do not send your prescriptions here

Can you give 0 stars? I have been coming to this Walgreens for years due to staff and convenience. Walgreens company: you have totally screwed this up. This is not an employee issue, it is a management issue from corporate. They are chronically understaffed and service is reflective of this, they move to centralized filling of Prescriptions which means they are rarely ready when promised. If you go to the urgent care or ER, you better call before you go by because no matter when you went to the urgent care/doctor or ER, they are not filling it until you tell them to. If you just go by since they won't answer the phone, they tell you another 20-40 minutes. If you call, they put you on hold repeatedly--5 times this go around today for over 18 minutes, when I went by, yep not ready. I get to go back and wait in line yet again in 20-45 minutes, 45 to get everything.

I have used this pharmacy since it opened. They have always been GREAT to me!!!Ya got to have patience sometimes.

Pharmacy there is horrible!!! Expect to wait forever both in person and over the phone. Be ready for them to transfer your prescription to a different location without your permission. Also be prepared for them to not have your prescription in stock for days at a time!!

Everytime no matter what time I come through the drive through there is a line and they are the slowest in there. Everytime I sit from 30 mins to an hour.As of now I am still waiting in line which has be 37 mins.

No stars. Melody at the pharmacy doesn't enjoy providing assistance. She was extremely dismissive and actually hung up on me in the drive thru.

I had a prescription sent here on 9/6/23. I called before driving over and they said they could get it ready for me. When I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready. On 9/7/23 I received a call that my prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up that evening, they didn’t have it. They told me my doctor had cancelled it. On 9/16/23 my adult daughter was picking up her own prescriptions and they tried giving her my prescription, the same one they told me they didn’t have!

Been using for a few years now & the customer service has always been admirable, truly.Mackenzie just went above & beyond to help me with a troublesome prescription.It’s worth public appreciation in a time where decency is rare.

Prescription complications are inevitable. I have used 3 different pharmacies in this area (had to switch due to constant filling issues). It just happens, and it's usually the Walgreens website/app being weird or a doctor not writing something correctly. The staff here are incredibly understanding and kind. They really care about doing things correctly and legally. I finally discovered that for medications with frequent issues, it's best to call instead of use the website/app. They WILL listen to you and do everything within their power to help you. That is so much more than I've seen at other pharmacies. They also talk to you like you're a person, not a customer, so if that kind of this is important to you, then I would recommend this pharmacy.

Employees do not care, would rather socialize than do their jobs, then when they do their jobs, they cannot preform simple tasks like checking people out, computer issues are one thing, but if it’s happening on a daily basis, it’s user error.
