Thank you in the pharmacy to Demetri and pharmacist Anna . Had some bumps along the way with my RX but we got it taken care of and I appreciate both of these people .

I am absolutely sick of rude employees at Walgreens. The girl with the long black straight hair and contacts to make her eyes blue was so rude to me just now when I inquired about an incorrect price on a charger. The chargers were apparently in the incorrect place but rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and helping me identify the problem, she rudely pointed out that the label said BK on the barcode which clearly means a black charger and not a white charger, like I am supposed to know how to read Walgreens barcode descriptions. I am a business owner and college graduate, so for someone to talk down to me and act so rudely is beyond me. If I spoke to my customers this way, I wouldn't have any.

Had a prescription sent there and I used the app and prepaid for it. I was alerted the medicine was ready for pick up. Once we got there they were have issues confirming payments from the app. Even though the app showed it was paid for and ready, they couldn't pull the code. While trying to figure out how to fix it, Anna the pharmacist said I'm closing, then shut the window cage in my face, in the middle of me speaking. She then yelled through the gate for me to come back in 3-5 days and went to lunch. Pharmacist La take an oath and have good code of ethics, she didn't follow them. We are moving our business somewhere else. We called the district customer service location and the store manager but we doubt anything was ever really said or done.

Gave me liquid base, instead of oil-based in a can. Had to call one week later, and see what was going on with my prescription. It was a good thing or else it would still be on the pile of unfilled prescriptions. Very irritating!

Absolutely ridiculous just waited in the pharmacy line in my car, 1st In line for 25 minutes only for them to say someone deleted my info on the computer and I need to come in the store. What's the point of a drive thru?

I tried to call to ask a question of the pharmacy, waited on hold for 25 minutes. Then when I was next, they hung up on me. Called back. Waited 12 minutes, got hung up on. Called back, spoke to manager who had to walk to the pharmacy to ask my one question and respond to me. Manager was great, everyone else was not.

Greet place to come if you're looking for almost anything you need, also the staff didn't look at me funny when I cried while my girlfriend tried to explain makeup to me.

The Pharmacy is a bit slow and some of the staff seem to not have alot of training. In fact they tried to give me a medicine spoon for an injectable medication.I just started again with them they may get better. But my family has monthly medicines so I will check back at a later time to add more information. On another note it is good they have later hours than most pharmacys.
