I went today before 10am to pick up antibiotics for my baby girl and they told me it will be ready in an hr and they will send me a message. I waited for the message for few hrs then started calling the pharmacy and nobody picked up. Finally after more than 5 hrs they answered and said they don’t have that antibiotic and will need to transfer it to another pharmacy!!!!! All that time not bothering to inform us or even pick up the phone! They just don’t care about their patients

Pharmacist Ms. Aileen and her staff are absolutely wonderful! So kind, informative, helpful and understanding. Never feel bad asking random questions. She’s so sweet and the other ladies are just as wonderful. Great team!!!

Yesterday I went to this Walgreens to print a photo from my phone. I wish I had paid attention to the names of the two associates who helped me. They were extremely helpful. I had a special size request and they worked together to help me achieve it.
