First time I came in here was because they were the only people open that I could get a new vape after mine ran out, I was warmly greeted and immediately helped. They were knowledgeable, gave me useful info about a lawsuit against the brand I was using for illegal additives and recommended a different brand that I now love and they never steer me wrong when it comes to my indecisive self and picking a flavor. I recently had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee and I decided to contact the corporate office about it. My complaint was not only immediately acknowledged but it was also rectified the same day i submitted my complaint. I see other reviewers complaining about their prices being too high but I can vouch, from personal experience, that this company truly values their customers and I will gladly pay a little extra for that guarantee any day.”

“This store hands down the largest selection of products in the area. It is worth the drive if its a little out of the way. The staff (Alayna) was so helpful and didnt mind the questions to make sure i got the best product for my needs. She went out of her way to make sure everything i would need was taken care of. They even offer to taste the juice for vaping system as long as it is 0 nic. She was very knowledgeable about all the items in the store and wven gave suggestions on other products that would help my meeds. Instead of being pushy she took her time and even set everything up so i walked out the store not only with everything but set up and ready to use. I found where i will be going to from now on.
