They picked my truck up, post a hit and run via request in Baytown and brought me back to Beaumont! I can't ask for a better friend or service! They will forever have my vote in the houston area and hopefully beaumont one day as a towing service!

I have lived in many different states, but by far this is the best tolling company I have ever dealt with. Chris called me directly right after Tesla confirmed the company and gave me a realistic ETA and welcome me to call or text him anytime with any questions before arrival. Hands down best top customer service ever!

After a long weekend, I lost my key and was stranded with my two year old. The insurance was taking hours to fund a tow truck. Tink’s Tow accepted my tow and got to me in less than thirty minutes after waiting for nearly 5 hours for insurance company (zero stars Allstate). The driver (I think it was Josh) went ABOVE AND BEYOND! He was experienced, very nice, and got me home quick! I appreciated him in my time of need more than he could imagine. Thank you Josh (I think/hope that’s his name)!

Tinks towing came to my rescue I was stuck in the mud and Justin Stanton probably one of the best drivers in Houston got to me in no time and had me out of the mud and even faster I can't say enough about them guys if you need any roadside you need any kind of tow at all tink's towing is the one to call ask for Justin Stanton

This is by far one of the best towing companies I've ever used.
When my tire went flat, my insurance's roadside assistance program assigned me a poor rep towing company that claimed to be on an emergency call.
If there was more than one company they could have chosen, why choose the one currently active on an emergency call?
Repeated texts told me the poor rep company was on the way with a time estimate for arrival. Multiple times. So I called and they said 30 more minutes. I waited a total of almost 3 hours. In Texas on a 90+° afternoon. Meanwhile, my tire service company closes at 5pm on a Saturday. The poor rep company wasn't going to get me there in time.
Tinks came and got me within 40 minutes of calling them. They extended a one-time discount since it was not going through my insurance. We got to the service provider in time to provide the key and check the car in.
Tinks also drove me home.
Excellent service guys! If I ever have cause to suggest a towing company, yours will be the one I recommend.

If I could give more stars I would!! They are very fast and knowledgeable with the area.. had a flat right as I got on 146 at the TC wye.. and they were there loaded my car and had me at a tire shop within 30 mins or so. Definitely recommend!

1st Tow - We needed our F350 towed on a flatbed after an accident rendered it disabled. James came out first thing in the morning to load it up and take to to the dealer. He was very polite, professional and efficient.When it was time to have the truck brought back to the house, we had Tinks do it for us as we loved their service.James was in contact with my husband the entire time to let him know where he was at all times. He brought the truck back and was very careful and courteous with unloading it and taking great care of it. I would totally recommend Tinks Towing to ANYONE.Thank you James for all your help!!2nd Tow - My daughter had a major part fail in her truck while driving, causing her to end up in a ditch. By the Grace of God, no one was hurt. But the truck was totalled. We called Tinks again and Chris came out. It was not an easy load as the truck was nose first in a ditch on a curve in the road and a front tire and rim completely sheared off. With some time and creative thinking, it was loaded and towed away.3rd Tow - Needed our dually towed to the transmission shop. Of course, we called Tinks again. Chris answered and remembered us and asked right off the bat how was our daughter doing after her accident 7 months ago. The thoughtfulness to check on her first was heartwarming. Chris got our dually loaded and transported in short order.I just cannot say enough good things about Tinks. They are all-round good people and care about their clients.Call Tinks, you won't be disappointed.
