This tow truck driver almost ran me off the road by cutting me off on the highway, then proceeded to give me the finger as passing me. I had my child in the car.
He gives the bad rep to tow truck drivers. Driving crazy all over the road

My son car got stuck in the mud near a body of water late at night we needed immediate service!! After three hours of trying to reach our insurance company and several other places and getting no answers and no help we were getting desperate…it was getting close to 3am and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere …We searched again and found Taylor Towing!! I called and immediately got a respond!! They were amazing!! Daniel arrived in a timely manner and winched my son’s car from the mud quickly and safely and the cost was very reasonable. Daniel is professional knowledgeable honest polite and very helpful! He provided excellent service that exceeded our expectations!! I highly recommend Taylor Towing and will be using them in the future for any of our family road side assistance needs.

Thiefs will steal stuff from inside ypur car and will steal your car i had my car parked infront of a the mailroom of my complex my car battery was removed couldt run or start but he didt know that it was a escalade so i guess he thought it was good running car show taylor towing after police found it told me it must of been stolen and they left it somewhere where he fpund it all lies come tp.found out years later the proprety manger called taylor towing and had him illgaly tow it from my house and now that hi addmitted it its on

Office person who answered the phone was polite and direct very good customer service voice. The driver; Willy was not up to date on his customer service training. I gave the address of the place where my Hyundai vehicle died, he was upset the car wasn't at my house. Fairly rude at the site stating "y'all can go" ... was pretty much all he said to me as I handed him the key. I hope other people have a better experience with him the future. Good luck to you and I hope you find peace.
