Great service! When I pulled up the place was busy & the guy told me there was just two of them working but they were trying to get people in & out as fast as they could. These two worked so seamlessly together this might have been the shortest time I've spent at a Take 5.

This is the only place I use for oil changes. Oil changes usually go smoothly and this was no exception. After the oil change, the girl asked me if I needed my tires aired up. I said yes because the temperature had dropped that morning and the pressure was just a tad low (supposed to be 36, was reading 33). She aired up the 2 on my drivers side and they began reading 36. That was great. She then moved to the passengers side. She went to the drivers side and the reading was going down very quickly. Pressure got all the way down to 10 PSI. Of course my low pressure light came on. She aired it up and moved to the next tire. It read 26 and the low pressure light was still on. She then repeated the exact same process on the rear passenger tire. When I told her that it was only reading as 26 and the light was on (it wasn’t even on before all this) she told me I needed to drive around for it to read correctly. Not only has that never been something suggested to me, but the drivers side tires updated as she aired them. So I knew this was her trying to get me out of there so she could go home. I told her no, that the other 2 updated while she aired them. She begrudgingly went to the passenger front tire and bent over for a few seconds and told me the pressure was at 36 and she didn’t know what to tell me. She said maybe the sensor needed to be replaced. I told her it was working fine before that, so if that was the case she had done something to it. She then told me that I needed to go to a tire shop and have them look at it and that she had nothing to do with it. After all of that, I went home to have my husband check the pressure with his gauge and it read 26. She was too lazy to double check the actual pressure on the tire. Extremely frustrating. Oil changes are usually fine here but this situation was ridiculous.

Great place the workers we're very courteous, I don't like paying a lot for oil change but I had a coupon so I thought I'd give it a try. And it was a great experience

I went late before take 5 closed about 7:45 and was taken care of immediately. The manager was very personable and discussed what services I wanted. I didn't realize my antifreeze needed changing it was 5 years old. I was real happy with the results of my visit and will return again next service.
