I've had a couple of different units there over the years I've never had any issues there they're always really kind I need to call them. Easy to pay your bill online. And the air is always clean and you don't see a lot of riff Raff.

The current manager is literally an idiot, he auctioned off a paid up unit. Their payment system is the worst is the business. Manager is never there, unlike the last one was who took care of people. Place has gone downhill. I've met locals who dropped off payments on time but manager didn't didn't check for days and charged them late fees. Bad things happen to vehicles stored there and they do not care. If you need a storage unit USE BAYSHORE not this place, speaking from firsthand experience with both.
