“Customer service was magnificent! Justin helped me pick out my first pair of hoka shoes and he did an amazing job. He recommended inserts for my plantar so here I am giving them a whirl! You do have 30 days to come back and switch inserts to a different brand if you don’t like them. I really loved the feel of my hoka shoes and the support on my inserts are just what my foot needs for my all day standing job. I wore my new shoes out the store, super comfortable! “After looking at 32 stores for new workout shoes, we finally found a pair that worked! Jareco (I'm so sorry cuz I know I spelled that wrong) helped us find the perfect pair for my husband. The process was extremely helpful and thorough. They have you walk without shoes to evaluate the way you walk in order to determine what type of shoe you'd need, after carful evaluation, they size your foot and bring you several pairs to try. Jareco was extremely patient, kind, and supportive. You even get a "punch card" so you buy 6 pairs of shoes and get 1 free! Wonderful experience and really appreciated Jareco's assistance!! Highly recommend! (Sorry again for misspelling your name. You're awesome!!!)”
“Love a good resale shop especially one with good customer service. I was greeted when I walked through the door & checked on several times during my visit. The shop is very clean & organized with a variety of new & gently used items priced to steal. The only downfall was when I asked about bringing some items in for consignment there was a 3 month wait . But that will definitely not stop me from returning real soon.”
“After having a rough day at work, the last thing I wanted was to interact with more people. As soon as I stepped in, Noni and the team gave me the warmest greeting. Went in to look for a gift and Noni knew exactly where to direct me. I was approached by another team member and they weren’t pushy at all, rather inviting and brought great energy to my shopping experience. “I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”

It's currently offering a 25% discount on some items. It wasn't too crowded at the time of my visit, and none of the associates wore masks. I've been having some issues with an online order for the past 2 weeks and because the online agents weren't very helpful, I wasn't expecting much more from the store. I called anyway and got ahold of Kayla G (at the Tanger Outlet in TX City) and she went to work for me. What I needed took some time because of recent changes in Crocs' system, but she really impressed me with her patience, tenacity, and problem-solving skills. It took multiple searches and back-and-forth on the phone, but she got me the answer! She is a detective. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kayla G for going above and beyond to satisfy this customer.
