Hard access as well, then they switch me to
another location which I don't mind I actually like it better however it is a smaller place for more money a month I also have to spend extra amount of money because of the gate I had to keep the truck two extra days and pay the people for one extra day but I ultimately the manager at the one by Highway 45 she was very nice I would still like to see if I can get some sort of refund or compensation for my extra expenses not of my fault.”
“I went here today for a tow dolly to rent and had a great experience. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. The reservation was fast and I was hooked up and one my way in about 15 minutes. This place is a good down to earth place to rent storage room or a place to park your rv or other items. The prices are very good because they keep it simple. I will definitely recommend this location”
“Nice, professional staff. By the book though, so if you expect to get away without paying your rent on time, this may not be the place for you because they're all business. They will double lock your unit, and proceed with eviction/confiscation. Not from personal experience but I've seen it happen in the past 1.5 months I've rented there.”

A misunderstanding with a payment occured, and both her and management made sure to listen to me instead of victim blaming.
