Keep it simple. Those who like tank exchanges at big department stores, stop reading. Old school fill up your tank place. In and out faster than waiting for old and new tank door to close/open, automatically. Slowly if they are working properly. Keep paying $$$ for those tank exchange places, please.

Dropped off a few oxygen cylinders to get re-certified. Waited over a month for cylinders to be ready. When we came to pick up the cylinders, we discovered that they did not even get re-certified. Worker on site even filled the oxygen cylinders without verifying that they were within date. That's how bad accidents happen.We requested one cylinder to have a valve changed with a different type and they had no clue what happened to the old valve.Very disappointed, as a few years ago cylinder testing here was fast and reliable.
