These people were a literal God-send! (I went down the road and they quoted me over $2000to repair a simple pulley on my Sprinter van! ) I had them tow me to PHOENIX AUTO...They quoted me around $500...when they finished the job ,they said it did not need one of the parts that I thought might need repair, and charged me LESS than the quote- GOD BLESS THIS BUSINESS...THEY ARE HONEST FOLKS!!! please send all your friends! They are polite and FAST!

We had a friend that was on his way from Quebec to Nicaragua and needed a fix on his truck. They did a wonderful job and he posted about it on social media.I’ve called the garage to have some parts as well for my truck in Nicaragua and got my friends to bring them to me.They were above and beyond any expectations or services I ever received on the phone. I was sick and coughing the entire call and they were so so patient with me and even proposed me a part that I would have needed and the garage here never told me about.Amazing services above anything I ever experienced in Canada or here in Nicaragua.A particular thanks to Gage.

So I am the mechanic that cares about my reputation more than my pocket book this guy is trash as far as I'm concerned I'm having to fix one of his f*** ups for a customer that spent over $9,000 to get a motor replaced on a 2010 RAV4 the mechanic stated that it needed the motor and transmission replaced when in all reality the motor had issues with the variable valve timing system and the oil pressure AKA motor was worn out hypothetically now I'm all about picking up funds when due process occurs if there is areas that you need to recover finances for whatever reason that was unforeseen I do believe it is acceptable to maybe bend the rules a little bit to recover a fair ratio of money earned and work done but this guy literally is completely overdoing that concept in the sense of he damaged the original radiator during the engine removal process due to the fact that he had not removed it prior to pulling the engine and turned around and blamed the customer for having a old radiator and placing that as the reason why the radiator was damaged when in all reality he tried to cut corners and leave it in there while pulling the engine so the engine that was a junkyard engine got overheated due to the circumstance of the radiator failing and they have heat tamper seal paint that melts off when the engine goes past a certain temperature this melted off because of a condition this guy caused and he has done everything in his power to place responsibility of the circumstance on the customer when in reality the customer just simply noticed that what was supposed to be a fixed vehicle was overheating so he pulled over to the side of the road and assessed the situation and noticed that it did not have the proper coolant level this was a simply unavoidable circumstance on his part and furthermore what was supposed to be a blown head gasket as the mechanic States was nothing more than a faulty water pump which was died and UV lighted to be at fault and he refused to replace something that had quote unquote already been replaced for approximately $300 with no receipts to show for any of these things that were replaced I as the honest mechanic got the part for half the price with a lifetime guarantee and replaced a water pump that clearly had never been taken off the engine that he put in this vehicle so basically this was never replaced AKA repaired he lied about it the bolts that held it in place did not have any wrench marks on them and furthermore he told the customer that it was a blown head gasket and he needed to get rid of the vehicle this guy is trash and he makes people like me have a bad reputation because he wants to be a lazy sponge and mooch and siphon his customers funds beware of this mechanic do not bring your vehicles to him if it is the last thing you do avoid him at all costs sincerely Big peach turning wrenches since 1991

Had an error code for Bank 1 too lean. Spent about $1,000 for a diagnosis, replacement of downstream O2 sensor, and catalytic converter. Had to go back a second time because I continued getting the same error code and spent another approximately $300 to replace the upstream O2 sensor. That didn't fix the problem either. I didn't go back a third time as that would be insanity. I went ahead and ordered new spark plugs, intake manifold and throttle body gaskets, fuel injector seals and replaced them all myself as well as cleaned the fuel injectors. Spent $85 on parts and no further error codes. Frustrating and somewhat infuriating.

I called PAR on Thursday the 19th for an appointment on Tuesday the 3rd. I called on the day of the appointment to confirm the time. The employee said they are working with a skeleton crew and tomorrow the 4th would be better. I made my second appointment for the Wednesday the 4th at 1p. On the 4th from 9a-noon I called three times to confirm my appointment but the phone was never answered. I arrived on time for my 1p appointment on Wednesday and all the doors were closed, nobody was around and the gate to access the office was padlocked.

If you live in the Dickinson/League City area, Phoenix Auto is the easy choice for full service auto repairs. They really impressed me with their quick and affordable work. Brakes went out & most places only want to do the rubber, or charge $500+ and 3 days for metal brake lines. Phoenix did it at in half the time, at half the cost!Service: Auto brake repair
