Decent. This place sort of covers the basics for an artist. Doesn't have specialty artist paint supplies but has ok stuff. My kids love it for crafts

I came to shop at the Dickinson locations and needed assistance with finding a particular item. I approached a woman named savanna and I politely requested her help. She immediately appeared to be annoyed. She didn't smile or say hello, just put her finger up and said "you're going to have to wait". So I did. I waited patiently and decided to once again ask her a question but she was even more frustrated and annoyed with me. I walked away and looked for help from another team member, who was Kind and happy to help me. This team member got on the radio to ask for assistance with helping me find my items and "someone" was rude and short with them too. I asked the team member if that was savannah, who responded on the radio, and of course it was. The team member apologized to me because I witnessed the radio interaction. Based on Savanna's poor attitude and the way she spoke down to staff members, it was obvious to me that she had a management role or leadership title and believed that she could justifiably behave this way. Two team member la admitted that savanna is unapproachable and hostile towards them when they ask for help as well. Before today I would consider Michael's to be a fun and exciting place to shop with my family. I have been shopping here for years and the staff has always been wonderful. I've never needed to send any feedback to this location or any. I hope that the store manager has a chance to speak with Savannah to address the way that she responds to customers and staff as well. Treating staff as if they are inferior to her, is unacceptable. Lastly, Being in a leadership role is more of the reason why her customer service be exemplary. I will be not visiting this location again any time soon. If she is one of the members who is running this store, then After this visit, I know it will be less stressful to shop online or at a near by competitor If necessary. I sincerely wish the best of luck to staff who works closely under her. I'm sure they fear retaliation if they come forward but They deserve better.

I highly recommend going somewhere else. They lost the certificates of authenticity on 2 valuable paintings and not only refused to look for them but were very rude and disrespectful. If you have anything important I would not bring it here.
