The store & service I received exceeded my expectations. I purchased a blazer & jeans yesterday, then returned today for a second blazer. Great store, great service!!!”

“I’ll preface this by saying it’s my birthday, and I’m always high on life on my birthday….well, most mornings because that’s just me. Anyway, I love the Converse Store. The “closest” outlet to me is in Webster, so it’s not close but I drive there. I checked the mall’s hours of op, and it said 10am. When I get there, the Converse store doesn’t open till 11am. There’s a note posted stating “Temporary Hours”, so I pull out my phone and wait. At 11, I don’t see the lights on or activity inside, but I try the door anyway because it could be open and I’d just be just a knucklehead waiting on a store to open when it’s already open, but no. It’s still locked. So I sit back down and wait, knowing I can’t wait too long because I have to be somewhere at noon. About a minute or so later, Ashanti (I asked for her name) opens the door and says, “We haven’t even had time to turn the music on.” She didn’t say good morning or anything seemingly pleasant. Your store hours say 11, not 11:02. So of course my happy mood is a little bit knocked askew, but I’m not letting someone else control my feelings, so I walked in, searched for a pair of new Chucks, and had it not been for Mack, Ashanti’s co-worker, my morning experience would have been a little less bright. Great job, Mack! Thank you for being a nice person and knowing how to treat paying customers.”
“We found helpful staff and good prices at the gap.. I do wish that mall wood would make the overhange where they would get the water off the customers on rainy days.. I suspect that is that the customer base diminishes significantly on rainy days..”

“I disagree with other reviews stating the deals aren't good enough. You aren't gonna find Ralph Lauren gear for the same prices you find at a Marshalls store. If this is your expectation then you need to adjust it. Basically the way the sales work is you will see a product for the normal price you would at the Ralph store in the Galleria. You then get 20/30/40 percent off depending on the rack discount where you found the item. You can then get another 15 percent or so off with a coupon they give you at the register when you sign up. All in all those are significant savings. Totally worth the trip up or down Gulf Fwy, plus you will find a much wider variety of Ralph clothing compared to a place like Marshalls or Ross. 5* all around for pricing, product availability, store presentation, and service.”

Then looked around and found a flannel on clearance that i really liked, but also didnt have my size.Heavenly and Aiden were awesome and found the exact two items my size at memorial city mall. Came to mmc mall today and they had my items held! I was so happy, it really made my day. Thank you guys for going above and beyond to help me, it means a lot.”

“Was able to find a suit in very short notice that fit very well. Thankful for the gentleman that helped with finding what I needed and getting it marked up for the tailor. The tailor had the cuff taken up to the length needed. Excellent service, would have given it 5 stars but when I wore the suit I found that one of the interior pockets was ripped and my sunglasses fell into the lining of the jacket. Took 15mins at the airport to try and fish them back out of the hole in the interior pocket.”

Also, every time I've walked in, it's a friendly atmosphere, no pushy salesman, and still felt like I got personalized service. “I'm not going to tell you what I think of this store in the Outlet Mall at Texas City. You'll have to guess. A pretty quiet store that has tumbleweeds blowing across it, that has some pretty good Guess stuff and Guess jeans, which are pretty sexy by the way if you didn't know that already. Barbi likes coming in here, and we both love the seductive advertising at any given time, which we attached pix of. Customer service here is nice, sometimes really great. Probably a little bit too expensive (from paying all those hot models maybe) considering the fact it's a discount outlet, but still a good store in a pretty great mall that usually is our fave shopping destination. But the people at the store were actually pretty cool as always. Didn't buy anything this time but Barbi always does.”
