CRITICAL: Professionalism, Quality, Poor Customer ServiceBy far the WORST customer service/quality experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only are they overpriced for the quality of the clothes but they have also broke my buttons several times and damaged my jacket zipper. Then, I had to pay extra to have them fix the mistake they caused. The Manager at this location by the name of Alejandra-Description(Heavy Set, Hispanic, Female) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her customer service skills are 0 out of 10. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. After a horrible and unprofessional customer service experience with the Manager Alejandra, I requested the clothes be returned to me that I had just paid for to get cleaned and a full refund of the money. The Manger Alejandra cursed me and said she would not do a return and did not know how to do a return. In my opinion NO one should be in a Manager Role and NOT have a full understanding of how to operate the system fully. I had to wait several days until the Store’s owner was in to get my full money refund. The store’s owner, Tom, was very professional and understanding of the situation. Still, the Manager Alejandra under him should not be in a Manager Role, and Alejandra will be the reason this company losses money and customers. Anyone can be a Manager, but everyone can’t be taught People Skills. The Manager Alejandra is a perfect example of this and she is a HORRIBLE representation of this company. A company should NEVER treat a paying loyal customer as dirt. I would rate my experience at this company from 0-10, with 0 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. I would give them a NEGATIVE -5. Beware of this location and your clothes getting damaged, then you must pay extra for their mistake to fix it. After the customer service experience with Manager Alejandra and reading the reviews on Google, I now understand why this company has a 2.8/5 Star rating review. Honestly, I’m surprised it was able to reach 2.8 after my personal experience. In my opinion, there are a lot of other great cleaners in this location with better prices, quality, and customer service experience. If you want to be treated like an animal and experience horrible customer service then this would be a Great Place for you and your family to do business!! I would NEVER step foot back in this company even if it was the last cleaners on Earth. Now to end on a POSITIVE note. The company’s owner, Tom can still make a change and improve the company moving forward with better training, starting with the Manager Alejandra or hiring new people who value and have HIGH customer service skills and are naturally people-friendly. I’m a Territory Manager and training many people every day on how to value and treat people. Because I love what I do, I would help improve your current staff FREE of charge. If you are interested, reach out to me Tom, and let’s get the morale and integrity of your company changed in the right direction and improve the Star Rating from 2.8 to 5 STARS within a year!!!!!! Have a Great and Safe beginning in 2024 Love All and many THANKS!!!

Run to the furthest dry cleaning location you can get to away from Manchester! My husband's NEW Polo shirt was ruined after I dropped it off to be cleaned. I spoke to a very sweet employee who told me she would address it with the manager and for me to bring the shirt along with the receipt for him to look at. When I called the next day to follow up with the owner he was rude, condescending, accusatory, and spoke over me every time I attempted to explain to him that the shirt was not in this condition when I brought it in. He refunded me $25 on a shirt I paid $110. Of course, we have no intention of ever patronizing this business again and after reading this review I hope others avoid it as well.

Where do I start?! This place is HORRIBLE!!We’ve used them 3 times now and after the first time I let it go, and gave it another chance. Silly me!! Never again! I dropped my clothes off to get stains out that I could not do myself and come to find out when I picked up all the shirts, all they had done was simply just iron them. I don’t even think they tried to remove the stains, my shirts looked the exact same way they did when I had dropped them off! Then this last time I had asked for them to be redo my shirts and they did but all the stains were still there!!! I will not be returning here again nor recommending this business to anyone either. Please take your clothes somewhere else!Services: Laundry wash & fold

I’ve taken my business attire here a couple of times and noticed a few marks still highly visible. The pressing was good, but the actual cleaning did not meet my expectations. Recently I dropped off an item for a quote on the cleaning (a mascot costume), on a Sunday, and was advised to come back sometime during the week to get the quote from the owner. I work nearly 2 hours away from home, and thus was home too late to stop back during the week. Instead I returned the following Saturday, only to find that they had gone ahead and attempted the cleaning. One of the girls I spoke to the Sunday prior was there, so I asked why she would do that knowing I wanted a quote first. She said it was my fault for not giving her my account information. Not only does this sound like BS, but is completely false because I clearly recalled them pulling up my husbands name when I provided them with my phone number for my account when I dropped off the Sunday prior for a quote.Anyway, I definitely would not have paid for this item to be cleaned for what I was just charged. I would not recommend this business to anyone, mostly for the poor customer service I experienced.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I guess that they did ok with my military uniforms. The major complaint is that the pockets weren't pressed clean/flat/smooth as I had requested. I had to bring uniform home and press out the wrinkles myself. Otherwise... nice friendly staff. All else was well.

Great dry cleaning service and customer service is excellent. I pull up to drive through and drop clothes off in the morning and they’re ready the same day, the pleasant young ladies will put clothes in my car for me.

Closed on a day when everyone else is open. With no notification to customers (when you have their cell numbers and can easily push out a text update!) Very disappointing and a waste of customer’s time!

The service has gone downhill over the years. Sometimes I wonder if they did anything other than put them on a hanger. I’m not sure why they even have the drive thru. These days they just stand in the door way looking at you. I have to get out and take it to them. And the same with pickup. Rarely do they put them in the backseat.

I went to this business for the first time just over a week ago. I had a new blouse that I had mistakenly washed with a new bath towel. My blouse ended up with fuzz all over it and was impossible to remedy so that was my reason for going to this dry cleaners. Today I had time to go by there to pick it up. I went to the drive up and handed the lady my ticket. I observed her trying to locate my blouse and then the manager came up and said my blouse must have been accidentally given to someone else. Said he would review the camera and call me. He was very polite and seemed distressed with this situation. I am waiting on that call. I just got the call and the young lady was very polite and kind. She said they hadn't seen anything on camera and asked if I could wait a week to see if anyone turned my blouse back in. If not, then they would reimburse me in full. I will do business with them again and hope nothing else of mine is lost! Again, she was very nice and sincere. UPDATE: My blouse was found and returned to me. Plus they didn't charge me! Very nice and honest staff. I will return to this business!

I would never recommend bringing your clothes here. The manager is exceptionally unprofessional. They burnt two of my families shirts and then had the audacity to imply we did it ourselves and were lying. He was rude, accusatory, and did nothing to replace the shirts. He did not care at all about customer service. Do not risk bringing your clothing here.

This is the second time in a row I picked up my blazer and shirts that were supposed to be cleaned and pressed and all they did was run a lint roller over them, put them in a bag, and hand them back 2 days later. The front of my blazer is badly wrinkled, they buttoned it and didn’t bother attempting to press it. It had fallen on the floor in my office and had lint all over the back; the exact same lint was on the back when I unbagged it. I will NEVER recommend this place nor will I ever bring my suits here again.

My husband and I have been using these cleaners for 10+ years. About two months ago I thought they misplaced a sweater of mine. Nope! My mistake. It was with my dry cleaning the whole time. They've always been awesome, and we'll continue to be loyal customers to them.
