Pros: cheap, 24/7, well litCons: Crushed stone lot, a little far from I-45, no covered option.It's fine if you need a place to store your boat or whatever.

Convenient RV dump station when you drive in, cheap price for the area and well lit at night. Not sure what else to write here, but we had a good experience storing our RV here.

I give this storage facility 4 stars because the price cannot be beat by any other storage facility in the League City area. At the beginning of the summer, I decided to shop around for a different storage facility and the least expensive was still twice as much as this place.

WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life..until MRS. Yes this storage is cheap but there is theft in this storage. I have been there for over a year and didn't have issues till now when I was getting ready to stop storage and get my boat out for the last time. I noticed when I got home to start my motor that my trim tab annoid on my lower unit was gone and the bolt was missing. It was there when I dropped of there the last time I put my boat there. I am not happy about it and will never be returning to this storage.

Prices went up significantly for no real reason during the two years I was there. Not really pleased with this place. Had my boat there from 1/16 - 5/18. I was paying 6 months at a time for convenience and a slight discount. When I left, I was 2.5 months overpaid. Do you think the owner gave me money back? Not a dime.
