I went to this Dickinson Tx. store, 3410 Gulf Fwy, Dickinson, TX 77539, today, 10-3-2024 trying to return a candy package of that I bought extra, yesterday 9-3-2024 the candy package was completely sealed, exactly same as I bought it, I also brought my purchase receipt, the answer customer service employee she told me "they couldn't receive it because it was a small Kroger store and I bought it at a larger Kroger store".
I asked to speak to manager store and she gave me same answer.
If that is your return policy, please inform customers and add how many square meters each store has, so the customer can know the size of each store.
It's stupidest answer I've ever heard.

Terrible service. 2 checkers at 6 o'clock on a Friday night, with employees standing around. How do you remodel a store, and get WORSE?!!? HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES!! NO ONE WANTS YOUR SELF CHECKOUT! WE DONT WORK FOR YOU!

I bought a few groceries here this past Sunday 12/3/2023. Tonight, 12/5/2023, I opened a box of macaroni I bought for my daughter and there were dead baby roaches in it. Not only that but I checked the expiration and it expired 9/21/2023…this is the second item in a month I’ve bought from this Kroger location that’s been expired. Kroger needs to do a better job of quality control. I’m so grateful I could clearly see the roaches and I didn’t feed it to my 19 month old. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Every single time it's always something. Tell me what store that doesn't have rising carts. I had surgery and I'm unable to walk through the store. So I have to sit in the car and wait for my husband to go into the store and shop. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's complaining about this I've just never gone to a grocery store and they have no handicap access for those with a handicap. Get this store in order I'm surely uoset that I have to go to another store.

Ii just had the worst experience at this Kroger my cashier name was (Kriste)I’m a Instacart shopper I had 2 orders it was a male customer and the cashier were both rushing me , being very aggressive. When you’re doing Instacart you have to separate the items and the cashiers has to scan 4 labels 2 for each label so this takes me time than a regular order. Also it needs to be put in the car separately. So she was just rushing me and I was trying to make sure the bagger was separating the items and man pushed my cart forward while I still had items inside and the cashiers Says loudly with relief to the male who pushed my cart ‘ Thank you “ I was quite appalled. I didn’t say nothing I pushed my cart Back and I was walking around to push my cart my self only to catch this MAN again with his hands on my cart. Mind you Kristy was still checking out my order. It was no reason for him to keep touching my cart. HE ALL most hit me with the cart this time. When I caught eye contact with the mam he took his hands off my cart and put his hands in the air ( as in I’ll back off) Again the cashier never said nothing as I walked to the front of the cart to push it where it was convenient just before I put my hands on the cart . Kristy says ‘ COULD YOU MOVE YOUR CART UP! All while she still was still ringing items being very rude, she was rude and then thanked the customer for being rude , then they were rude together like the Both decided to gang up on me. At this point I’m very frustrated and my anxiety starts up and I’m feeling rushed. Then after I pushed my car up Kristy took her time bagging my items talking to the bagger and customers taking her time to bag the items after repeatedly making comments rushing me. It was crazy. It was no one in the store to be rushing me like that very uncomfortable situation.I feel it was racism because I’m a black woman. It was very rude , disrespectful and unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I will be reporting this to Instacart as well.
