I have called 10 times to speak to someone, anyone and no matter which method I tried it would say "transferring your call" and then hang up. Just needed to talk to someone in the pharmacy, not the machine, to see if I could transfer a prescription.

Beware! This pharmacy will treat you like trash and randomly refuse to refill your prescription. I would look elsewhere. These people are incredibly rude. Every single time I use this pharmacy, I have an issue. This last time is the final straw. The pharmacist is refusing to refill my prescription even though I've filled it there twice before. I learned my lesson and will not be returning.

Kroger's pharmacy does not care about customer service. They will have you standing there for a few minutes before they even acknowledge you. No .....Good morning, I'll be right with you. Person on phone doesn't even give you eye ?contact with the finger☝️ up in the air. Which will let the person waiting in line know that they exist.....Messes up my prescriptions pick-up.

I called to refill an rx, and I would be in the middle of a sentence & I would be told "HOLD" & instead of waiting for me to respond they would throw me on hold. So they figured out my issue & they told me they would work on it & instead of asking if there was anything else, or give me a time frame or time for me to say anything other okay great.... I was hung up on. Being interrupted and not letting me speak is just one of the rudest CS issues in my opinion. We will see if they actually get the rx refill order fixed if so maybe I will change it to a 2 star review.... Update they got my prescription filled quickly. So I changed it to a 3 star review.

I would have happily waited on the Pharmacy Tech to get off the phone than to be helped by the redheaded rude arrogant Pharmacist. I simply asked how long it would take so I could decide whether to wait or come back later and she raised her voice at me and said YOURE NOT THE ONLY PATIENT THERES OTHER WORK WE HAVE TO DO FIRST... I'm not sure if shes overworked or having personal life issues.. either way I really dont care. A complete stranger doesn't deserve your aggression.

I love Krogers rewards, coupons and all it has to offer. My current favorite is the Sushi Guy. During Lent all the Sushi is 15% off. Is it fresh, you ask. I have mine made to order. Friday is my go to day for a quick yummy lunch.

Recently started using this Kroger location and have no complaints. The majority of my orders have used the curbside service, which has been excellent. The staff is friendly, asks if coupons are being used and confirms your substitutions. Food is fresh , bagged well and on time. I have been inside and had no issues. Checkout staff was helpful and friendly as well.

An older store and it shows. The floor is concrete and has had patches done everywhere making the old store even more worn looking. The produce department is arranged nicely, it's overall clean, but the produce is always old like the store and they don't carry a good variety of produce; only the bare and bland basics in the produce world. The pharmacy has so many issues that range from not having your refill ready when the automated refill states to charging my Medicare mother the higher price of the script instead of using her Medicare Part B coverage. The meat/seafood is just ok, but like the produce department they only carry the bare minimum in products and don't offer a nice variety of items; and their meat cuts are horrible!! The freezer department is falling apart, the cases seem older than the store and are always leaking water from underneath!! The only 3 areas that are decent are the deli, bakery, and Starbucks!! The bakery has a really good variety of items and is always cleans and neat. The deli is also always clean and neat with a good variety of items. Starbucks being a chain isn't a Kroger department but they are always clean and I've never gotten a bad cup of coffee.
