I used to like this place but today’s visit was honestly predatory! I paid $113 for a basic pedicure and refill. The most I’ve paid is $90 for top tier work! My pedicure has polish spilled over to my skin, very noticeable uneven white tips and my nails have what looks like multiple uneven layers and air bubbles, hard to see here but definitely there. I was there 1.5 hrs for subpar work and over charged. She said my toes were $55 (after the fact) because I used shellac; which would have put my refill @ $58…..won’t be back, I didn’t even tip this time and I always do, I was flabbergasted!

I had a good experience with KNails. The lady who did my nails did a great job and was a very nice lady. She did not cut into my skin or hurt me in any way like other posts said. I will go back there again.

the new owners SUCK. took over a hour for very short nails , AND he didn’t even finish just because of how long he took. nails are crooked . 10/10 never recommend. then got the nerve to be 50 dollars .

I am not sure who ran it before, but this is my new nail and wax place! Van gives the best pedi I have ever had. I went back two days later for waxing and dipped nails. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she was fast and great with my nails and super detailed on my waxing.

The only reason why they are getting one star is because the man that did my nails was very gentle did not use a lot of grinding technique on my nails and did not make them feel very thin. I asked for designs I did not receive. The final topcoat was not put on my nails. I paid $100 for this. I would never recommend them to go to them and it explains why there's nobody ever there when I drive by, I was going for the convenience because I work nearby. 10 out of 10 don't recommend don't waste your time. Little did they know I was a cosmetologist graduate, and will be calling state!!!

I had a pedicure and I loved it. The business is run by husband and wife and they are very nice. She even offer me some water. The price are very reasonable. I’m definitely coming back.

DON’T GO HERE! I booked an appointment with them 3 days earlier, when I got there the guy owner told me that I wasn’t on the schedule. Told him that I have the call history that we talked on the phone and he gave me that appointment and even confirmed it with me. He kept insisting that it is not written on his book so basically he didn’t give me that appointment. But who would? There’s only two workers there and he’s the one who answers all the calls. He is extremely rude and nasty. Didn’t even try to help me out. It was obviously his fault but he didn’t want to admit it. Screw this place!

DO NOT USE!!! Would never recommend this place .. owner is horribly mean! Went for nail appointment months ago and has taken months to regrow nails and get rid of fungus underneath and still having issues of thin non growing nails. Have had other salons try to fix but because of being so bad and barely having nails and bleeding they cannot do anything besides treatments to try to fix! Went for lash and was screamed at because said he called to confirm appointment so he canceled my appointment but never had to confirm appointment before, screamed and yelled at me in front of customers which I have on video because of the temper and it made me very nervous. I would never recommend this place and will be contacting BBB and health department again! No wonder they are never busy and have 1 waxing employee and 1 nail tech (which is owner who ruined my nails) BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL PLEASE!

Owner is extremely mean, canceled appointment for lashes because of not answering the phone. screamed at us in front of customers. extremely embarrassed. only 2 workers and barely ever busy, makes sense. place is very dirty, will not be returning and definitely not recommending to anyone. will be calling bbb and the nj health department.

I’ve came here about 3 times everything was great .. but today I told the owners husband to specifically do what he always does deluxe pedi for $35 any extra massage for 10 min which totall to$45 but yet he charge me $67 !! That’s why he’s massage was kinda long i let him know this is not what I wanted gave me 30 min massage which I never asked!! He didn’t offer me a discount or I got was a sorry !! Well they lost a very good tipper and a customer!!Service: Pedicure
