Took in blue jeans for work, asked for no crease no Starch they gave them back with both of those things. Took them back to get the crease removed and they returned me the pants with a funky stench they smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner. Won't be going back a 3rd time

Terrible place. I only continued to go here because it was convenient. Never again. I know accidents happen, but terrible customer service when they won’t replace or offer any compensation for damaging clothing even after providing the requested receipt. This wasn’t the first time. Shame on me, but it won’t happen again. I wouldn’t risk it for convenience.

Came in to get a blanket cleaned and had a very easy time dropping off my item. I was greeted upon entry and the staff member there was very pleasant and friendly. Came back a few days later for pick up and was in and out within minutes. Definitely recommend them for a local dry clean service. Great experience working with them.

They ruined a $2,000 bedroom comforter set. They told me they read the tag and cleaned it according to the tag however they couldn't show me the tag. They actually do not dry clean there they actually take your clothes somewhere else and bring them back. Then I found out my neighbor had three shirts one from them too. I would never use this place again. Before forewarned

Jill’s cleaners, FM 646 League City, Tx, lost a $50 blouse of mine. When I inquired about it, they did not care, offered no solution. I asked if possibly the service they sent it to could have it, I was just told no. Do not use this cleaner if you want your clothes returned. I understand things happen, but as a business owner, you should care. You should try to help your customer. Jill’s cleaners has lost this customer!

Had a suit dry cleaned and pressed when I picked up the suit it was wrinkle. The suit looked better when I got it from the Department store.

Brand new bedding goes in for professional pressing ... stained bedding is given to the customer to complete the transaction. Yuck.

Ruined a comforter we just purchased. Jills cleaners melted all the tags. It looks like someone stepped on it with a shoe and left a shoe print. And it smells awful now. After getting it back from Jills cleaners I took it right back to them and they would not give me a refund. They lied and told me that the stain was there before and they could not get it out. I talked to the manager and he said that they would wash it again and that is all he would offer. I was not trying to get them to buy me a brand new comforter I was just trying to get a simple refund and they couldn’t even do that. I would not recommend Jills cleaners to anyone.

I have always been happy with the job they do and it is far less expensive than most other cleaners. If you drop off, it will be ready the next day after 5:00 PM.
