Pulled up in the pouring rain and a young salesman came out and immediately took care of me. Honestly felt like he picked up on my vibe of all business and let’s go and he did. Great salesman and great dealership. When it comes to pricing well they were the best in the Houston area hands down.

Bought a 2024 Sorento today from Gay KIA. Michael Dotson was outstanding today. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel like family. He let us shop at our own pace and answered any question we had. And we had a lot of them. I would def recommend Gay KIA and Mr. Dotson for your next purchase.

My daughter really wanted a Sorrento. We did start off at a different dealership and had a horrible horrible experience. We then went to Gay family Auto and it was fantastic from the minute. I inquired online about a particular car we drove away!! Highly recommend!

Bought my dream car from Gay family Kia and I could not be happier. The experience was smooth and very low pressure. Hunter Beets is an amazing sales consultant and was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and in our price range without stress. Car shopping is not usually stress free and this was. I appreciate all of the patience Hunter had for me and was very accommodating and effectively communicated throughout the whole process.

Mike Dotson is the greatest. He helped me yesterday with the purchase of a new Kia Forte and the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Most car salesmen just seem to care about the sale and rush to get you to financing without listening to you. Mike took the time to listen to what I wanted and even walked me through how everything on the car worked after the sale was final. He showed me how to set up my first oil change online and got that scheduled so I don’t have to worry about that in 6 months. If you ever find yourself shopping for a new car, I highly recommend Mike Dotson.

I had a great experience with Gay Family Kia. It confirmed my belief that locally owned businesses are the best businesses to work with whenever possible. From the time my 75+ female person walked in the door to look at what Kia had to offer I was made to feel comfortable and valued - my wants - expectations and limits - were met and noted by Mike Dotson the salesman who first met me. I was coming in to consider a Kia after five Honda purchases. From his desk to the sales team it was a solid roll. Thank you! Got my new Telluride home today.
