Cesar got us right! My husband's truck broke out today in the morning and the last thing we thought of doing this weekend was spending it looking for a car. We went to so many lots and the sales representatives tried to get us on new cars, high monthly payments and with no warranty or add one yet. We finally decided to go on our last run and he ran a lead on this lot. Cesar called us and we got right over, he was amazing, asked right away what our needs were and he got us OPTIONS! He showed us from the beginning what was on our budget; got to view multiple trucks and decided on one. We drove off the lot very happy and excited, THANK YOU CESAR!!!

I purchased a used 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 truck from Gay Buick GMC on April 1st 2023. The dealership fraudulently overcharged me a total of $498. I only met with and spoke to the sales associate, John Pigott, & the finance person, John Pack. I made it clear to John Pigott that I did not want to pay for any additional services or add-ons. John concurred and responded back repeating what I told him. John then went back to the used car sales manager, Joshua Block, and returned a few minutes later. He had a piece of paper where he had written numbers on it. He showed the final out the door price and once again confirmed that I was not paying for any additional services or add-ons. John stated that I was only paying taxes, title, and administrative fees. I then spoke with the finance manager, John Pack. I signed several documents. I don't remember seeing the line item charges however I was charged $99 over invoice and $399 for a service.

Service took care of my needs, was able to fix the back hatch switch and also complete the two necessary recalls. Oil change and tire rotation completed as well. Always a pleasure. Great service and professional team

If you like a useless and rude service department then look no further! You've found your place. I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra from this dealership. I noticed there was something wrong with the speakers and door panels since they'd rattle so loud along with other issues! Speakers were not functioning correctly it was so obvious . I have taken my truck here for 5-6 times already. They "inspect" the truck for 3-4 days and they just LOVE to use this phrase "operating as intended" or "unable to reproduce problem". I'd clearly show them the issue to them so they can better understand me. Yet they can't figure out a way to fix this. Maybe it's a piece of shit truck operating as intended, sounds more accurate. I can always hear the constant edge on their voice, so rude for no reason while being so Imbecile all at the same time. So, if you - - if you think ... you think this dealership is going to back you when the shit hits the fan with your vehicle? You've got another thing coming. I strongly - - STRONGLY urge you do not do business with this dealership..they are the worst of the worst. Lazy, stupid, unable to fix anything it seems like, oh, also the manager is so useless he won't oblige to helping out the customer. I strongly regret having business done at this dealership. Definitely turning away people considering on coming here to purchase a car. I am avoiding them a nightmare.

Excellent Service! Shawn and Bernard were super helpful during this process. They kept me informed and got my car done quicker than expected. Never fun to replace a transmission but I highly recommend their services.

Brought my Yukon in to get some items looked at. Parts needed to be ordered and once parts were in I took it back down and the part was replaced in a timely manner while I waited. Thank you John for the great service!

Never coming back here again. I usually buy all my trucks from here and even drive all the way here from Webster for service. I had an appt at 9 for oil change. They take my truck in and 1.5 hours later come out to say they haven't even started on it. Never again getting my business. There is a hundred other places. Don't make appointments if you are going to work on walk in peoples vehicles over the loyal customers who make appointments. Update: I was called by a service manager a few hours after leaving and apologized to. They asked if they could make it up to me and schedule for my service to be done in a timely manner and paid for by the dealership. So that was completed a week later at the same time 9am this Friday morning. Service was completed satisfactorily. Very happy. Thank you Gay!

Horrible service in the service department! I purchased a Yukon denali on April 13 returned it to service April 17 for a service & thought I had the issue resolved for a cocked steering wheels & vibration NOT!! So I came back the following weekend For the same service they gave a me a loaner kept my truck the weekeMF & Monday. Whiling driving home I noticed I have the same issue still a cocked wheels & vibrating steering while driving, I continue to call to Benard never get a call back or an answer. I feel that my truck need me an alignment & they won't do it. so I feel it's something else wrong with the vehicle because its under warrant. So don't purchase a vehicle from Gay if you want it repaired correctly!!

Craig and Tom in sales were great to work with. We ordered a new Yukon Denali, and the guys kept me up to date with the progress of the build. They were always available to answer questions -- great experience overall. I like the fact that this dealership has more of a family/low-key atmosphere, versus the higher volume dealers in the Houston area. The overall experience was smooth and low-stress.

The service department is wonderful to work with. They do consistent good work, and always provide me with a loaner car although I did not purchase my car here. I own a Chevy Traverse that is still under warranty & that I always bring to Gay GMC rather than a local Chevy dealer for any warranty, repair or maintenance needs because they not only take good care of my car but I trust them not to do unnecessary work and not to take advantage of me as a customer. They treat me with respect and professionalism. Several times I have worked with John, and I give him high kudos.
