I went in for 1 thing and we all know how that turns out. I overheard what I assume was the manager was telling the one male working at the time, a customer had just emailed corporate about a complaint. They laughed it off, ( which is a bad idea when customers hear that) but now I know why the person complained! Wow the male acted like it was excruciating pain to answer a question. He was about as rude as you can get. Actually acted like he was embarrassed of his job status and took it out on customers. Wow. Ok DG, I get it, Im not a regular customer and I know why now. I’ll stay over at Target.

I walk in to ask if they will load my cash app by my phone. They told me they're not doing it at this time. I asked why not, (because usually it's due to operator error.) AND THEY, ALL THREE, COME BACK WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE.I'VE NEVER BEEN IN THIS STORE AND TO GIVE SOMEONE THAT KIND OF $H*TTY REMARK, AND ADD 'HOW 'BOUT THAT?" TO THE END OF YOUR STATEMENT???THAT'S WHY YOU'RE IN DICKINSON, TEXAS.UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND PUT OUT OF YOUR WAY TO ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION.

I would like to know how to communicate with the manager, I just forgot a bag and it took less than 5 minutes to return to get it but nobody knows anything, the cashiers must know what happened because the store was empty. I would like you to check the cameras.

I love Dollar General! I came here to load cash onto my Cashapp card. It only costs $1 to do so here. I looked around a bit before and picked up a couple of items for a project I'm working on as well.
