If I could give zero stars for the 100 FM 517 in Dickinson, I would. My doctor sent a prescription at the beginning of March 2023. I also received a text from this CVS stating they received the prescription from my doctor and they will notify me when it’s ready. A week went by and I called the pharmacy and they told me they did not get the shipment in my milligram. That they hope it would be in by Monday. The said that no one is getting this mg, it not available. Well Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday went by. Still no word I called again and they gave me the same excuse. Said that Walgreens, Walmart no one is getting this med. Monday I called my doctors office and spoke to the nurse , told her what they said. She said that’s not true. She sent it to another pharmacy and I had it with in 2 hours. The male person working today was rude and condescending. I had an inhaler I requested to be filled several days ago, maybe a week or so. I had one prescription ready. I mentioned that the inhaler was requested over a week ago and you still don’t have it ready? Well we have the label ready. I asked him about why they didn’t notify my doctor about the prescription they never fill and why didn’t you contact my doctor so he could make other arrangements. He said they don’t have the ability to contact him. I said then why didn’t you just tell me both times I called that you couldn’t fill it. His comment was both times you called you could figure that out and your still asking? Well the BP went up. I h told him to stop working on the prescription and his response was” is there anything else we can stop working on for you”?? I will never use any CVS again. Horrible person and customer service!!!!

The lady that answered the phone informed me that the pharmacist had been "giving shots" all morning and that I could hold for the pharmacist but it would be a "really long time"....meaning i couldn't even get a pharmacist on the phone to speak to them, much less get medicine filled....the tech informed me that it would be "after 2pm" before the pharmacist could even get the the prescription (which was 3 hours). It wasn't a new prescription or a transfer...it was on file and I even asked the tech if I came into the store, would that help get my prescription filled any faster and she said no...I told her that I didn't mind holding and after holding 5 min, someone hung the phone up on me.

I reached out to this pharmacy because my regular pharmacy was closed and I needed to fill my antibiotic I spent literally the whole day at doctors appointments and CT scans . They refused to fill because it was processing at the Closed Pharmacy! They said I would have to call the MD because they are so available after 8pm get a new prescription and pay out of pocket for it. Zero compassion, zero resources for a resolution.

I was shocked to see the poor reviews. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for years. I've never had an issue getting my prescriptions. In fact, I've often been impressed on how they've consistently outperformed a nearby Walgreens when Walgreens have gone "silent" when there are issues with a prescription or just simply not in stock. CVS would have it and I'd typically have issues resolved proactively and prescriptions in hand on the same day. Thanks for doing it RIGHT!

The worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. They never have my prescriptions ready, they are rude, I have been left on hold for over 20 minutes at a time and their lack of communication is ridiculous.

I travel from League City just to go to this Pharmacy. The Pharmacist is so friendly and the staff is always helpful. They always have my medication in stock. I have a CVS right outside my neighborhood and I refuse to use their pharmacy. Thank you for always being helpful and transparent.

So my son is sick and cvs was the only place open for me to go get him medicine a lady asked did I need any help I told her no thanks! I continued to look for cleaning supply and gloves so that my other children wouldn’t get sick. The same lady that asked did I need help asked me was I ready to check out. I felt like she had been watching me the whole time I was in the store. CVS has a self checkout but instead of me using it she used it to check me out. Hmm ok! I forgot the gloves so I went back in the store and what do I see two people at the self checkout. I returned everything I had gotten except my sons medicine. I feel that she judged me and looked at me as if I was going to steal. One thing I am not is a thief. I will never step foot in that cvs again. I will not !

I don’t go there often because they are ridiculously overpriced. I’ve gone in only twice for a covid booster where even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 2 hours. Today I went in to try to get a flu shot but that didn’t happen. I walked up to the window with a flu shot sign on it, where the pharmacist was playing with her phone and an assistant just looked at me like I couldn’t possibly need their help. I stood there for a couple minutes, neither of them acknowledged me, and I left. I won’t be going back any time soon. I went in to purchase a psir of copper gloves and was told to use the self check out. When I did, the scanner didn’t even pull up the correct item. I got someone to help me but she couldn’t figure it out do I left that time too. Honestly, I don’t know how they remain in business. Horrible!

I DO NOT recommend the Pharmacy at the FM 517 & I-45 location. While the Pharmacists do they best they can to get the prescriptions filled in a timely manner, the rest of the Pharmacy staff is an unmitigated shit-show. Lazy, uncaring, and basically don't give a fuk about the customers. I wouldn't do business with CVS at all but my prescription insurance provider requires it. As a result of the shitty customer service, I've changed to a different CVS store.

Really bad and impolite staff. The cashier has a really rude attitude towards customer. You don’t want to go here to get treated rude like they don’t want your service. Never return again.

Terrible customer service. Slower than any other cvs I've been to. Waited an HOUR for 2 prescriptions that I called ahead to confirm that they were ready. Girl just kept yelling 20 minutes! Its not ready! 20 minutes! So, needless to say my dinner was cold after waiting an hour for my scripts. I'll go anywhere else but here again.

Just got covid19 vaccine here. The store organized well. People checked in at front desk and waited in line. After we got vaccination, we needed wait for 15 more mins to leave safe. There were seats. Covid19 vaccine is different from regular flu. The way to take vac shot will be different.
