3 months ago I went to make a account of my own and the guy ended up putting all of my information to the wrong number and when I found out a month after I went so they can get it fix and they wanted me to pay again for it to be fix when it was their mistake they made and they denied they even attended me saying it was a different place even after showing them prove . Worst customer service because the lady that attended me when I wanted to get it fix she was literally just there eating while attending me.

Well, I don't feel very satisfied today I went to this cricket to pay for 5 lines and the man told me that I had to pay $183 which seemed totally crazy to me since I have had these lines for 6 months and at most I was paying $30 now my other my friend went to pay them and paid $125 for all of them, that this Mr. Eddy wanted to steal my money? Their services seem terrible to me and apart from that I receive messages that I had to pay $160, I don't understand what the madness of these services is....

BE AWARE of this store they are very fraudulent. They charged my card $262 but the cricket wireless customer service doesn't show this I'm their systems. So Victor Mendoza is taking the money for himself. I don't even believe this phone is a genuine cricket. Cricket wireless is now investigating both Victor and the store manager Hannah.

Jose is very professional, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, thoughtful, personable, and thorough when dealing with customers and each issue they have with their phones. If he does not know the answer/reason for a possible problem, he asks and/or researches to find an answer. He is diligent and honest and his efforts to fix a problem for the customer which is much appreciated. I commend Jose and I'm glad that he works at"My Cricket Store". One happy Customer!
