We took a 1982 pick up into Cortez to have the gas tanks replaced. The mechanics replace the gas tanks, and cold for us to pick up the truck, and stated that the truck would not start. We had to call a wrecker to pick up the truck, and take it to another mechanic where they found that the hoses were crimped Where they installed the hoses and the tanks. We had to pay $325 to another mechanic for the same job and when we asked Roy to reimburse that amount only, he became upset and would not give us any money back. They did not perform the job in the first place correctly. We had to have it done again. They charged us $450 and we were asking only for the 325 that it cost us to have it done again. They refused. I had been coming to this place for almost 6 years and everything had been fine until now. They behaved rudely and not very polite, they worked on parts of my vehicle without my permission, they wasted too much time on a job that doesn't last that long. I'm not going back to this place.
