“We needed a replacement car from Alamo car rental ar the Hobby Houston Texas airport. They sent us to Enterprise car rental at 304 Main Street in League City Texas. They didn't have any cars available. We attempted multiple times to get Alamo to provide us with a car. All the while Jacky was working on getting us a car. After working tirelessly for hours, she provided us with a car that was much better than our original rental. We would like to thank Jacky for all her work and saving the day for us.”

“Budget hosed us. We made a reservation at Hobby for a car about a month ago and they
rented it to somebody else anyway. Booooo!!
Walked to Enterprise from our nearby hotel and asked if they had anything. Gabby, I think, helped us immediately and got us a van.
Within 30 minutes the van was available and we were on our way.
As we waited, people were coming in who had rented cars because their own cars were in wrecks. Each one had problems associated with their personal autos and repairs and were asking for rental extensions, which they got, no issues.
Everybody was leaving relieved.
It was a great experience and we will be sticking with Enterprise for our infrequent rental needs.”

“Making the reservation was easy. I didn't have a way to get to their office so they came and picked me up. 5 minutes later I was driving off the lot in a clean Toyota Camry. 300 miles later I was home and returned the car to the local Enterprise location. Doesn't get any better than that.”

“I needed a wheel chair van to transport my aunt with dementia to and from her doctor's appointment. The driver "Mr. T" was amazing. He talked to my aunt to make her feel comfortable and played some music for her to enjoy the ride. I was waiting for my aunt at the doctor's office and they arrived right on time. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Windsor, specifically Mr. T, our driver.”

“Both times I've come in to rent a vehicle , Vito has provided excellent customer service, been very polite, and knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations on vehicle choices. Along with getting to use my Veteran discount , yall also have excellent rates , which was a big factor in choosing Avis. We returned a 2nd time because of Vitos great customer service and the excellent rates. Yall have great rentals that are clean , and comfortable. I hated bringing my rental back because , $30 filled the tank in the rental versus $70 plus for my pickup. Lol Will get my next rental from Avis for sure.”
“My company always rent my car by Avis, I'm giving 5 stars just thanks to Tyler, that is a really nice guy always trying to make the customer happy and checking the vehicle to see if it is in good conditions.All the other people I had to deal with, gave me dirty cars, on service due, and were more rude, pretending to solve any small issue just going to the Houston airport hub.”
“I made a reservation online the day before pick-up and prepaid also. When I showed up for pick-up it was very easy and quick and I spent approximately 10 minutes in location. The customer service was outstanding, as well.”

“I had just experienced the worst customer experience and let down from Hertz. No smiles, no offer of solutions just hateful, and we were expecting to leave the next day. My husband called Bay Area Rentals on a whim, we had nothing to lose at this point. They got us in, exactly what I needed way less than Hertz. Amira's customer er service and her partner were amazing with smiles and understanding. I will never go anywhere else.”
