The sales associates were so sweet and kind to us! A great experience. We were trying to find a cowboy hat for our son and an older lady sales associate with glasses (so sorry I can’t remember her name) was so kind and patient and helpful in sizing our son for a cowboy hat. We enjoyed talking to her as well about the area since we are from another state, very personable and kind. Their customer service was great!

The ladies there are top notch! I bought my wife’s boots online told them it was for my wife’s birthday. I know it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to get them ready. They hustled and had them ready in 30 mins the time it took me to drive there and there was only 5 mins to closing. Great staff thank you! They were a hit with my wife!

My fiance and I were out and about on a beautiful Saturday evening..and decided to stop at boot barn and see what all the fuss was about..and had the Texas city police department called on us for "shoplifting or something or the nature..was even told that I was changing clothes and coming back repeatedly...I'm assuming to shop lift or who knows these days...my girlfriend is disabled. I was wrongly accused of a crime that someone else was really doing... I'm covered in tattoos with a dome piece so I'm sure there is no confusing me with a doppelganger I suppose the girlfriend and I was in Alvin all day and it just came back into town so it's going to possibly happen incredibly appalling and find the collapse of society is well in effect.... I'm wearing scrubs I'm a nursing assistant so I'm well dressed considering the tattoos straight discrimination..

Went with my boyfriend to get his first pair of boots. Everyone working had GREAT customer service! Barbara in the boot section was amazing/helpful! If you go for boots, ask for Barbara.

I purchased a scarf and a couple scarfs with ties recently. I took one of the metals ties back as the rhinestone had come off... there's was the same scarf tie sets 10 feet from the manager and she refused to e change it It was obvious it was new and hardly used. Any other boot barn would of exchanged it but this heifer did not have and common courtesy to a long time customer. The exact same scarf and tie was seriously feet away and she could of just exchanged the cheap tie... In the end a cashier came up with a rhinestone she found to replace the missing one So I glued it on.. Cavenders down the road a bit is way more helpful to their customers
