They took the top part of my I phone 11 he demanded 100 dollars to check the phone the young guy , he told me to get back in a couple of hours didn’t give me a receipt and he took my money and refused to give it back my phone didn’t work at all , I could not report it to BBB because he didn’t give me a receipt and the older man wasn’t there , So I ended back with a damaged phone and no money back like he said if he couldn’t fixed I would get my money back , he took my phone top , place another one on it and I wanted my top back he just didn’t answer and went back inside , I left with out my money I was so frustrated
