Had an amazing reflexology session with Alanna. I work on my feet all day, and experience foot, knee, and low back/hip pain, so I needed an affordable option to help out. The price was great (25$/1hr) for such a healing experience and Alanna was very informative and calming throughout the entire process, highly recommend!!

Dont judge a book by its cover. The mat might be shabby however I've been a student since I was 7 now 22. The markers have an authentic style of teaching you can't find anywhere else. The students are more like extended family. Furthermore the martial art style that they teach actually works. I've been in several sticky situations and have always managed to get out of those predicaments without hurting anyone else or being hurt myself.

There are a lot better places to train than this dive.

Very nice people, very nice place. They teach Aikido (plus Sword Arts), which is what I am taking, as well as Tai Chi. They also do massages and Yoga so there's a bit of something for everyone depending on your needs. Aikido is a very beautiful and useful art of self-defense, and they teach it very effeciently in a way that ensures you retain as much information as possible and, yes, muscle memory does play a Key Role. All in all a very wonderful place to learn and train. 10/10 would recommend (and have recommended on numerous occasions).

I love this place so much! I was tired of being lazy and lethargic, but I am also tired of being bored at the gym and not being able to have fun while staying fit and active. Tonight was my first night. I did a private lesson for one hour and I got an intro into different types of working out from yoga and martial arts. I had a ton of fun and the owners are very nice. They are easy to talk to and you can do or not do whichever exercises you want. They are also super flexible which is very important to me and something I was never able to get with a gym membership like 24 hour fitness, fitness connection, and even private Gyms for personal training. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone regardless of age or body type!

By far the best aikido school known for its weapons training program. If you don't believe me, come down and give it a try. You will be amazed not only for the quality of instruction but the improvement of oneself while training in the art of Aikido.

The aikido lessons are awesome! We learn something new every class and there is always room for improvement. I love aikido because it not only improves your physical defense capabilities, it also increases coordination and sensory awareness.

This is a wonderful place to learn aikido. All of my teachers and the overall experience has so far been excellent. I have only been here a few months and I am constantly amazed at how effortless and easy it appears to be to throw someone. When Akido is done properly, there is something almost magical in it. I highly recommend this dojo for anyone interested in this art form.

This is a martial arts school owned and managed by a family. Every practitioner is also treated as part of the family. The environment is so warm that everyone can feel included in an activity that is great for your body, your mind and your spirit. Aikido is a non violent martial art which goal is the defense without causing harm to the opponent. This school is very commited in practicing a traditional martial art in a safe way. This discipline is highly recommended to people of any age, size or strength.

My husband and I have truly enjoyed the 5+ years of working out at this tranquil Dojo. Walter and Chanti are great listeners and always ask if anyone has any kinks that need some TLC. Then we proceed to a great, stress relieving workout. A little Yoga, hand weights for toning the whole body, some Pilates..... it''s all good. Their knowledge of the body is quite impressive. Our strength, flexibility, balance and meditation skills are constantly growing. We recommend everyone to join. Our group, the Aikido group....we're all leave smiling.
