Stress free vehicle rental company. Bay Area Auto & Truck rental took care of all insurance paperwork. I don’t have to purchase any extra vehicle insurance. All staff are very professional and helpfull. Overall experience was excellent. We will definitely rent from Bay Area Auto and Truck Rental.

It was Saturday after 1 pm. They close at 3 and all other agencies other than at the airport had closed at 1, but my car had just died and was towed to the shop so I needed a car. I called and spoke with, I think, Callie(?). Explained my needs, and I asked if a screen shot of my insurance card was ok or if she needed a hard copy. She said she has to have verbal confirmation from the company. Well I can RARELY ever get ahold of my agent, but had actually just spoken to her, so I said she could reach him now, or would have to call the 800 number.After 45 minutes I had not heard back, so I called again and was told her had JUST called him and got no answer. Thanks for waiting. To add insult to injury, she was told the 800 number could only send by email and could take 10 days! WHAT??!?But I said no problem. I just looked it up on their app and it has my full policy details right there. She said "Yeah, but anybody can take a screenprint!" I said It's NOT a screenprint!! It's an APP! An interactive app! I can't fake that! She was sorry, (yep) but had to speak to someone to confirm. Unbelievable.LUCKILY, I was able to reach my agent by text and he spoke with her and got what she needed. All absolutely unnecessary though, had somebody been able to engage her thinking capability. This company needs that as a policy. Oh, and I didn't even get a receipt!!

I had a really great experience here. I was in a bind with my car broke down and they brought the rental car to my house within 30 minutes of renting it. Malea (not sure if I'm spelling that right) was so helpful and patient. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The process of renting and returning was super simple.

I gave the McRee Ford Service Department the lowest rating b/c I dropped my SUV off to have a new computer module installed along with simple maintenance things. After paying over $1,300, I was surprised to see that my rear camera was now displaying upside down. I called the Service Department a couple of times to speak with our Service Manager. We set an appointment for them to fix the issue while I waited. After I arrived for the appointment, I was told I would have to leave my SUV because there was "no way the Service Department was going to be able to get to it today." Here it is two weeks later, my husband goes to pick up our SUV, and he is told our camera no longer works (at all) because it is "too old," and they want to charge him more money for the service of breaking our camera!?! He has been communicating with our Service Manager over the past couple of weeks as recently as yesterday when he told my husband it was ready, and he was never told the camera is now broken!!Terrible experience!! That is the last vehicle we will purchase at McRee Ford as we will take our business elsewhere!

I have bought my vehicle from the Mcree family and they keep their word. Their Oil service department does great work I would recommend calling ahead and getting an appointment.

Service advisor "Darlene" had a terrible attitude from the time I dropped off my vehicle until the day I picked it up. (31Aug-19Sep!!) I should have known better than leaving it with her. She charged warranty labor to Ford Motor corporation that I never asked for. No follow up and total disrespect from day one. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The worst customer service experience ever.

I made an appointment to get a window installed last Friday for this Friday. I was told they had the window in stock, i even called two days before to make sure they had it and was told yes. Dropped truck off for appointment, and afterwards they called me to tell me they no longer had the window in stock! Ok, WHAT?! This appointment had been set for a week and they tell me day of; after it was confirmed again two days prior that they had the window, that they no longer had the window. Horrible service, horrible communication, just a HORRIBLE experience. Don't waste your time here if you expect an establishment that's reliable and professional. DO BETTER MCREED.
