One star because it is not allowed to give less, they closed my account without warning, without knowing what the reason was and without knowing how or when to get my money back, what a bad service ?

Very bad service, I opened an account in this location, all the services were incorrect, everything was a mistake, I came for the second time and they did NOT fix the problem, ? I have been with this bank for years but these people who work here do not know how to do the job, I am disillusioned with the job. bad service.

This isn't directed at any specific employees at this location. BUT, Bank of America is well-traveled in predatory financing and has no intention of doing honest business with high net worth "consumers." Would recommend taking your money or assets just about anywhere else (barring WF or JP/Chase).
