Mark has amazing knowledge and customer service. He knew exactly what I needed and installed both items. I needed new wipers and a tail light. The tail light has been giving me issues for almost a year, and I’ve been avoiding it because I thought it would be too big of an issue to fix. In under ten minutes Mark knew which light bulb was out, which one I needed, and he installed it without me even asking. So much worry was solved in minutes just by going to AutoZone! Thank you for all that you do and helping me.

My 2022 Dodge Ram left tail light was out, but my brake light was working. I spent $150 last month replacing the right tail light at the Ram dealership. Mark replaced it for me in about five minutes right there at AutoZone and it was only $15. The service and professionalism was amazing he didn’t ask for anything, I still left him a tip because he saved me so much time and $125 . I’ll be here anytime I need something for my vehicle. Thanks again Mark, I’ll remember you.

Mark was super nice and helpful! Give this man a raise! He went above and beyond and changed out my battery terminal for me. And knowing he did that for me at the end of a 14 hour shift made me appreciate it even more. :D Thanks again Mark!

Was very impressed with the customer service. A young man Nemo helped me with my car battery and was very kind and knowledgeable. I had previously gone to the O’reilys next door and they were not helpful at all. Will be coming back again :)

Poor customer service. Went in today to purchase brake light bulbs for my Hyundai Santa Fe and the guy was USELESS. I gave him the year make and model and he just stands there. I’m not sure if it AWD, 2WD, or which but I have the vin number. Instead he is still just standing there. I’m not sure what wasn’t clicking but I left there and went to oreillys. I won’t be back.
