I went to Amegy bank to get papers notarized. Carla was pleasant at first but seemed bothered when I asked to get papers notarized, which I have had them notarized three years ago there. She must be new and didn’t want to read the other papers that only needed to be notarized in the state of Texas and the papers for Kentucky didn’t need to be notarized because it was for the branch in Kentucky to notarize. So with that all being said I felt discriminated against. You are a notary and should know what is for you to notarize instead of looking at one sheet and not going through it thoroughly.

Every time I go into this branch, I am greeted by friendly, courteous people. I have had some very complicated business with the bank recently and it has been handled with utmost professionalism. Every single associate at the branch is friendly and helpful. Carla has been absolutely amazing walking me through everything I need to do to settle my parents' estate. There is actually a small, home town bank feel here and I love it. Thank you all

These people charge you to cash one of their own checks. I have had banks ask for fingerprint. Yet $8 to cash their own check?! Very very poor practice.

I deposited a insurance check from a claim due to the freeze. busted pipes flooded my downstairs, insurance company mailed the check two weeks ago and it's been setting at Amegy bank since last Tuesday on Hold while mold is growing through out my house, the check cleared twice before going back on hold causing my checking account to go into overdraft charges that blocked me from using my debit card. I've been with Amegy bank for about 8 years plus and this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had banking. And I've had my identity stolen twice..and this makes that look like a walk in the park.

I have been with Amegy for over 3 years now. I loved them in the beginning, mainly because the lady I opened my account with was so friendly & helpful. But over the years, they have changed significantly. We go through hell to access our own money. Like this past weekend, we needed cash out of our account because we were having home repairs down. Our account was frozen & no one could tell us why. Had to jump through hoops on the phone today for over an hour to get this resolved. Now it's fine, it was the BANKS mistake....but that doesn't help our situation because now we had to reschedule all the home repairs we needed done. It should never ever be so much trouble to access your own money & especially as often as we do. We will soon be switching our savings & checking accounts elsewhere.

Bad Customer service!!!! Went in to see what they would say if I wanted to cancel my account and they did nothing to try to save my account.So I wasn't going to cancel untill they showed me how much they really cared about there customers. Cancel my account and I'm going back to my credit union!!!

Keala Speakes was extremely unprofessional and wasted alot of our time. The rest of the Amegy branches are great but our experience with Mrs. Speakes was terrible.

I liked the old termini location better. This amegy hard to access and has only 2 teller windows. Leaving here is dangerous due to close proximity to intersection.. staff very friendly. I give them 10 stars
