Said good morning to PAM and was disregard rudely.
Asked about the gas due to sign malfunction and no display of prices, was treated like we were STUPID and when asking PAM if she was okay today, all that was expressed was "About to let off" she was happy about that!

If your suppose to be open 24 hours then why are their workers and their kids there inside and the doors are locked at 1am. Either change the hours every where so people make the mistake of showing up

It is 12:07 am and as it states on your website you are open 24 hours. I went inside to try to prepay for my gas inside like I always do. They were open with a bunch of employees fixing some glass and I asked if I could prepay and they said they were closed. Again as it states on your website you are open 24 hours. I walk out frustrated try to go back in and tell them they are open 24 hours and asked if they turned off their computers. Again 24 hours so I’m not sure what the issue is I’m guessing they just are lazy but this was very disappointing. Do better. Get better staff.

I just moved to the area from out of state, and this is by far the best convenience store and gas station I have ever visited!!! The taquitos are always fire, the customer service is top tier, and I love the 711 branded goods. Tremetris is the sweetest cashier and always so helpful and friendly! He works a lot by himself and deserves a raise!!! All the staff is super friendly and helpful and these were honestly the first people who set the tone for my new life in Texas! Keep up the great work guys! Yall rock! ???????

Last 2 mornings I came in here. The lady saw me waiting at the front and continued to stock. Standing there for UP to 2 minutes with no one else in the store. Why does it take them so long to help people

There was no one in the store for a few minutes. It seems there was only one person who emerged from the freezer after a moment of waiting. The store was disorganized and needed some cleaning but I understand it if there's only one person working!

Stopped by at 1:10 a.m. this morning for a quick and easy snack run, because this one of the only nearby 24-hour stores that I like going to. By the time I get there, the doors are locked and the guy at the counter won't respond to me knocking on the door. It took another customer knocking on the door with me for him to unlock the door and only let the other gentleman in because he was picking up. It looked like it was just the guy at the counter and another customer, who I'm assuming was his friend, sitting inside the store just talking as I approached the doors initially. Very unprofessional behavior for a normally professional and friendly location. I see in the reviews that this is a common issue, and this NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. I, as well as many other customers, will inevitably stop going to this location if they continue like this.

Worst Customer Service After Hours, two employees in particular are very lazy after 12 am - 8 am. I would avoid this store during these hours. They lock the doors for “Door Dash” only the burrito portion isn’t open \\u0026 they hardly ever make hot food. The employees are so lazy \\u0026 useless. I work over 12 hrs I don’t understand what their sorry excuse is but it’s unacceptable \\u0026 everything wrong with late night employees

This is the closest gas station to my house. There is a lady named Pam that works there often. She's the worst. It's clear she hates her job, but she doesn't need to take it out on customers.
